The Daisy Gala presented by Margie’s Hope is a fundraising event, open to the LGBTQIA+ community, that brings attention and opportunities to Makers and Fashion Designers, particularly within the Transgender, Non-Binary, and Gender Expansive Community of Ohio!
Chock-full of Events, such as our Red Carpet, Sponsorship Parties, a Runway Fashion Show, and the Wrap Party, all being showcased through Media coverage and our 360° camera feed!
You might be asking, what’s the purpose of this fundraiser?
Margie’s Hope, one of the current leaders in the charge for change within the Transgender Community of Northeast Ohio, realizes that though civil equity is an important building block for the Trans community to thrive, having an economic running start, encouragement, and access to dream are all equally important!
With a fundraising goal of $10,000, Margie’s Hope plans to build and expand their own programming, while helping other Transgender and LGBTQIA+ organizations expand their programming and resources so that dreaming is never a closed door in our community.

2024 Daisy Gala
Theme: Return to Eden (A Queer Garden Party)
Can you imagine recreating the garden with all the amazing faces, colors, and ideas that the LGBTQIA+ community offers? What would that look like?!

This year’s Daisy Gala theme is set to remind us of how life could be colorful, bright, and a banquet for all members of this community who often feel marginalized and on the outside. The Daisy Gala will consist of multiple parts including the Fashion Show and Dr. Lady J’s Historical Exhibit titled “Tracing Transgender Triumphs: A History of Trans Drag in Cleveland.” The red carpet is also back and there will be an after party, stay tuned for details.
