Margie’s Kids

A support group by and for the Transgender youth of Akron and Cleveland

Margie’s Kids offers trans children and teens a safe space to have fun together. The purpose is to provide trans, non-binary, and gender expansive youth a chance to build a network of support and friendship to grow with them as they navigate the world.

Meet our facilitators

We offer mentorship and a place for kids to question, learn, and grow among friends. Every month we have games, activities, and crafts that build connections between youths and their peers. Our youth leaders are all trans or have direct experience with the trans community. Additionally, all youth leaders have been background checked to ensure the safety of all children.
